Cathyann has negotiated full price on the sale of my home. Another agent suggested I list it for over $100,000 less! She has also been wonderful at finding us a new home. We looked at houses and never really thought about building. She brought us to a lot and set up a meeting with the contractor  the next day. Cathyann is a very knowledgeable helpful Real Estate Agent. She gave me excellent staging ideas for my home before I put it on the market. I had so many showing in the very first two weeks. She also listened to the details about the type of house I wanted to move to and immediately took me to see several listings. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she looks out for you as your agent. Her office staff are polite and very responsive to any questions and concerns.

During the home buying experience it is always confusing as well as frustrating.
